The Fetal Alcohol Syndrome/Fetal Alcohol Effects Outreach Project (FASEout) was a four-year project funded by the Public Health Agency of Canada and led by the Canadian Institute of Child Health (CICH). It was designed to take current evidence on best practices related to Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) off the bookshelves and into use across Canada.

This web site is designed for professionals involved in training and/or working to increase knowledge and skills of other professionals on the topics of alcohol use and pregnancy and Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder. This website contains a list of print resources, PowerPoint presentations, a national database of trainers and a forum for trainers to use for sharing up-to-date information and resources.

We encourage you to download and use this information to assist you in training on this topic.
